Whilst organizing peoples weddings, I searched far and wide for something unique for our guests to enjoy on the big day, I spotted articles on blogs and on line magazines about 'Candy Buffets' which seemed to be all the rage in the US and Australia, but here in the UK, there were no local companies supplying them at that time... So, I set up my own! It proved a massive hit at the wedding, and nobody had seen one before. After this, it always stuck in my mind that it would be great to set up a company doing them, as it would combine some of my favorite things - sweets, weddings and design, and also to fill a definite gap in the local market.

I had designed and published my own website and done my first wedding, a Sweet Buffet! Not long after I had saved up for my first Candy Cart, which has been a huge hit. I have so many ideas and inspiration for new things, and am striving to bring these ideas to life. I am passionate about design (I'm a huge Photoshop geek) perfection and aesthetics, as well as pleasing people, so I believe that this is the perfect job for me!
